Thanks or No Thanks?

Submitted by lucyluu on Sat, 10/24/2009 - 03:45

This weeks momdot topic is 6 things (good or bad) that I credit my mother-in-law for. I think Trisha and Karen are trying to get us in trouble:)

1. Showing my husband how to work at a marriage. His family never gives up.

2. Turning my husband into a hard working machine.

3. Not teaching him how to cook.

4. Teaching him to treat women well.

5. Teaching him to be so nice that he trusts everyone and I mean everyone until burned. Grrrr

6. Giving him lots of love so he would pass it on to his kids.

What are your credits that you dare to share? Here are momdots http://www.momdot.com/small-talk-six-thanks-or-no-thanks/

I personally have a problem

I personally have a problem with #5 myself =/
Great list!

Happy Sunday!

Good one!

I feel for your husband, because for a long time I was way too trusting. And getting burned hurts.

But it sounds like you've got a winner!

My favorite

I love number 1. Its a big and important quality.

Thanks Mother-in-law

1. My wifes hair. It was one of the things that brought us together in the begining.

2. Handing down the fact that my wife likes to read and learn.

2a. This is hard, I think my wife is allot more like her father was than her mother.

3. My wifes skin tone. She looks like she is always tan.

4. My wifes Boobs. I'm a boob man and she's got them!!!!!!

5. My wifes skin. Silky SMOOTH!!!! I love that!!

6. My wifes feet. They are very cute and very small.

6a. Now you need to do one on the Father in law. I already have my list ready.....

This one was fun hunny.

That is a sweet list. Only two are semi-bad, and both are workable. =) -Anne

Thanks or No Thanks

My (ex)hub is the opposite of your no. 5. I wouldn't mind no. 3 as the rest of your credits would have made me one lucky girl if such was the case with my MIL.

I have the same problem as

I have the same problem as you on the #5. My Hubby will do and do for anybody who needs it but when we need something there is really only one person we can count on. Everyone else disappears.

Here is mine http://lovemy2dogs.blogspot.com/2009/10/small-talk-six-my-mother-in-law....
