Where’s Mr. Rogers When You Need Him?

This weeks momdot Small Talk Six topic is, 6 things I love or hate about my neighbors.

If I was in my old neighborhood this would be a totally different list. My new neighbors will make this hard, fortunately.

1. I love that my neighbors are not nosey.

2. I love that there are lots of kids on our street.

3. I love that our neighborhood is so quiet.

4. I hate that some of my neighbors are anti social. You could at least crack a smile.

5. I hate that every Thursday the garbage truck comes through at 6am and wakes everyone up on the street.

#5 sucks. I used to live on one of the main roads in Center City Philadelphia and all day and night fire trucks wailed up and down the street. I can't imagine what it would've been like if I'd had kids back then...

LOL.. my neighbors are my family so I probably shouldn't say anything! I love 'em!

BTW.. I get what you are saying about H1N1.. darned if you do, darned if you don't either way!

You are so lucky your neighbors are not nosy. I have one very nosy neighbor and it's like having 10 he's so bad. Our neighborhood is quiet too. I guess when you hit 50 that is appealing to you. lol
