British Abortion Commercial

For the first time I don’t know what to say. I don’t know how I feel about this commercial. The commercial makes no mention of abortion but it seems like that is what they are pushing. If my child was in this situation I would want to know. As a parent I would want to be there to help my baby get through the situation safely.

I don’t know if televising easy ways for teens to deal with pregnancy issues is the way to go. Would this push teens to use the service as a form of birth control? Can you imagine watching Hanna Montana and having this commercial pop up?

If my teen was pregnant and they didn’t want to tell me, I think I would feel more comfortable with him calling the family doctor before a clinic that is known to promote abortion. I’m not saying that I’m anti abortion but I just think that all avenues should be gone over with the pregnant teen before pushing them into an abortion.

Watch it and tell me what you think? I’m so torn on this one.

Thanks for your honest opinion. Its news because so many people are against abortion. Its nice to see you have an open mind especially for those women who have abortions due to rape, incest or other awful situations. I just think that all the rest should really explore other options and be pushed to explore before having an abortion.

After your comment I figured out that I am ok with it being legal but it should be regulated.

I have no problem with the ad. I honestly don't even understand why this is news. Abortion is legal. Agree with it or not, it's still an option for some women.

But I am so glad that this commercial isn't running here in the United States. I could go on and on about my opinion on the abortion issue. I just plain out think that this is wrong.
