*Spare Soles are not a permanent shoe. The original slipper is a substitute to have in your purse for high heel relief from weddings, dancing, night out on the town, etc. The Metro is still compact but has more support. The Metro could be worn all day but is still not a permanent replacement to a regular shoe.
The original comes with a 4.5" x 4.5" Handbag/Pouch with a wrist strap while the Metro comes with a 6 x 5 wristlet that unzips and turns into a fashionable tote bag for your uncomfortable shoes.
